From 1st July 2023, South Dakota is set to drop the 200 transaction count for remote sellers selling into the state.
This is potentially good news for smaller remote sellers making sales in South Dakota whose sales don’t exceed $100,000 in a calendar year

Minnesota has introduced a Retail Delivery Fee (bill H.F. 2887).
From July 1st 2024, if your ecommerce business is doing over $1M dollars in retail sales, you’ll need to include this $0.50 fee on each delivery order greater than $100.
