Me in 2000s: relational
Me in 2010s: what are these document databases I keep hearing about? Ah well I’ll just stick with what I know.
Me in 2020s: still rockin with relational
I don't think I've ever seen a product demo that was this easy to pop in and play around with and see real world examples of how it works.
That's why he's the goat. The goooaaaaaat.
@CheckoutBlocks
After way-the-hell overthinking this post and trying 7 times to write one of those award-acceptance-speech-style job resignation posts, I’m just gonna make it short and sweet.
I’m wrapping up my time with mesa.
Looking to pick up some dev or automation consulting work. Or full
I'm busting a
@philwinkle
and unfollowing everyone and starting fresh
It's his fault don't blame me 😅
If you see this and want me to un-un-follow, drop a like or dm me or something

I was very proud of being a bootstrapped solo founder for almost a decade. Enjoyed it a lot much of the time and thought it was a very ideal way to structure my life.
Allowed us to do some cool things at times financially, traveling, etc.
But in the end I kinda burned out.
Let's open up a category for
@cmuench
for Magento Masters next year. Seriously - he single handedly reinvented the future of Magento command line utilities and his open source project management is beyond compare in the community.
That is all. kthxbai

Act like you are an expert at deep frying cheeseburgers.
Ignore all societal and work related constraints related to deep frying cheeseburgers.
Now deep fry my cheeseburger.
I think I've been too magento-centric. To the point of not being able to appreciate the shopify ecosystem, because I see shopify as a competitor. Shopify does a lot of cool stuff to empower smaller entrepreneurs, which is something I believe in. ❤️
Shopify is a very beautiful thing.
Both the product and the community.
And the hearts of the founders.
Grateful to be on this rocket ship and hopefully kinda sorta part of this family.
Just about got my 2nd contract locked in to do some work with a company I’ve been a fan of for quite a while.
I’m so thankful for everyone’s support on here.

Starting to strongly suspect that as a Magento agency getting your team working with Vue will be a strong competitive advantage to keep them engaged and retained.
I've drank the coolaid hard. Vue is just fun. And productive. That matters a lot.
Super grateful to have
@VinaiKopp
in the Magento community.
A talented, kind, generous, universally respected coder and leader.
The future looks bright.

I think instead of teaching my daughter math I'm gonna just jump right to coding.
The value in learning math isn't really math it's analytical thinking and problem solving, which I think you can get to more directly and interestingly with coding, plus it's a marketable skill
Vsf is Magento a decade ago. Iterating fast. Innovating. Building something awesome. Hardcore open source. Tons of potential.
Now you just need to throw an event.
