Ok, the baseline version of @astrodotbuild layers (inspired by Nuxt Layers) is working. I plan to make it stable this week and add git/npm package support.

Three years ago, I wrote an article on how to build an inheritance mechanism in Nuxt 2 - A few years later, a very similar concept is available in Nuxt 3 as Layers, and damn, the DX is SO good! I'm having tons of fun playing with it for my @NuxtNation talk. See you at 8 PM!

@catalinmpit Every year I am opening my personal website that I build for 3 years already in Astro and the update always takes me less than a minute. I guess this is mostly an issue of React ecosystem 🤔

Many of us don't have this discussion on X for this exact reason I think it is enough reason if these things are important to you. Hard to judge what is a good or bad reaction because these things carry different weight for everyone. I had a friend who stopped talking to me for a week when I said I don't like coca-cola.
