Made a difficult decision yesterday to scale the business back 50% in an effort to shift all focus on product quality. Our rapid growth revealed some things that broke a couple months back impacting product. Sucks when everything on the sales and marketing side was so dialed in.

Unpopular opinion? Gorgias is beyond overrated. It has more integrations than Reamaze. That’s literally the only difference. Reamaze does everything that Gorgias does. The price difference is more than triple and gets worse as ticket volumes increase. Am I missing anything?

When we set out to build carnivore snax we initially thought we’d find a copacker and lean into e-commerce skills. It didn’t work out that way. We make our own product and basically had to build two businesses. Ecom and manufacturing. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Its by far the best flow building experience i have ever worked with. Only thing is chatbot marketing with Facebook was a huge flop.
