Decorated Hospitality Veteran. Ex-GC. Rational Optimist. BHAG: getting people to spell "lose" instead of "loose.” In the time of chimpanzees I was a monkey.
I decided to make a master playlist of every song I ever liked in all genres. Its a pretty crazy mix of bands and styles although weighted towards my favorites. Here it is:

My big question is why we have such a massive amount of attention focused on a minuscule problem. Real gender dysphoria is a tiny amount of people. Clearly we’re in a hysteria phase, and it will go away at some point.
@rodger
I saw an in-depth study on this and it has something to do with the inbreeding in horses. Meaning only the top horses are bred and there’s never random selection of all horses. Something along those lines.
@Duderichy
I read a guy’s blog one time who looked into all these so-called blue zones, and he found that exact thing: all these people were self reporting their age and no one had any idea when they were born.
@Camp4
I’ve had it go both ways on something like this. No guarantees of performance. But the wins way overshadow the losses so it doesn’t matter. And there’s a ripple effect to making a splash in a guys life like this. You affect everyone downstream of him.
@BowlReeces
@DudespostingWs
He made a follow up post where he talked about how there was nowhere safe to run within 30 seconds except behind that rock where he ducked behind. They were all lucky to make it out of there as they had no cover in general to avoid this thing.

People alive today with our current humanitarian ethos have no possible context as to how the old Japanese culture worked in 1945. The only way to understand how crazy the Japanese were is to read books that illustrate the thinking. The Japanese would never surrender. They would

The most important thing is that both of you were willing to work together to improve yourselves and make a better life together. The rest is just details. Glad it worked out!

I’m just curious as to why there’s so much cold minimalism to all the design I see lately. I see a lot of “modern” design like this that feels very sterile. I try to imagine watching TV in there and it feels cold. This is one of many examples in the last 5-8 years. Lots of white

No one remembers how much the Democrats and the mainstream media were against any kind of vaccine when Trump was trying to do it. The narrative flipped 180° once Biden got elected.

They believe in freedom of speech as long as they get to decide what it looks like and they’re the ones that give it to you. It’s not freedom of speech for everybody, it’s only for elite journalists.

Yeah, these guys even wrote a white paper on it and had an organization called project for the new American century that outlined their plan to use the American military to restructure the entire Middle East. September 11 gave them a reason to go into Iraq and get started on it.
@ThinkAppraiser
You also just happened to buy at the exact bottom of one of the biggest reductions in interest rates in world history. That doesn’t make you a genius. Interest rates went down for 10 years and at the end of it there was massive money printing that led to asset inflation. Do you

@MichaelRapaport
It’s not a vaccine. It’s a mRNA delivery device to help your body produce antibodies to help fight Covid. It cannot keep you from getting Covid. It’s not like a real vaccine that makes you immune. Getting the real Covid does that. Plus many people have natural immunity.
@GrantSlatton
Actually, this is how it works. I’m learning Spanish and when I speak in the most outrageous accent to my foreign ear, they all get excited and tell me how I’m doing it great!
@anon_opin
You skipped over the annoying part where you catch the wire on the end of your desk, a drawer knob or many other things and rip the earphones out of your ears. There’s that.
@clairlemon
Omicron is spreading no matter if they’re vaccinated or wearing a mask, so getting the shot and wearing a mask will stop this how? There’s kids who’ve taken two shots, got Covid now, are waiting to get better to get the booster that’s required to go back to school. This is nuts.

THIS is the answer that no one wants to discuss: that 50% of the population is already immune. 50% of us made it through the Black Plague when no one knew what viruses were. So it must be something.
Thank you
@Cernovich
for putting this out. It’s like Pavlov’s dog, when you mention the words homeschooling the 1st words out of people’s mouths are what about socialization? Between your post, & the comments, it should destroy that misconception.
@clairlemon
If you really are interested in finding out the truth Claire you should look at all of these studies, not just cherry pick a few and stick to your guns. Ivermectin is not a silver bullet but there’s enough evidence out there that it does something. It should be openly discussed.
@MattVerderame
Earlier in the game, Rice had a ball that was thrown behind him and he corralled it and ran for 20 yards. We’d give MVS the benefit of the doubt if he hadn’t done this 12 times already. He had a ball go right through his hands before this in the same game. It was rare to see the

It’s interesting that people STILL say stuff like this when it is common knowledge that the jab didn’t stop people from getting or transmitting the virus. Still shaming people with inaccurate info 3 years later.
@MintyBets
This is a great opportunity to explain to those boys how capitalism works. You take a certain percentage of money and you pay it out to the players (labor expense). It’s a function of how much sales the league does. You can’t pay people with money you don’t have. That’s how you

True. Brothers is an exception to the rule. They deliberately don’t filter themselves just to annoy the shit out of their sisters.
@milky_selena
Nah, it’s because most men don’t care. Usually their birthday parties are thrown by their wives or girlfriends anyway, if they have one at all.
@SwagSurfin__
I don't want to pile on them either. However these are self inflicted wounds. Does anyone know who the GF/brother of J Allen or J Burrow is? Nope. I lost count the # of times someone has told me, I love the Chiefs & Mahomes but can't stand Jackson & Brittany. Maybe they fix this.
@caitoz
You can’t take a 2023 mental outlook and apply it to 1945. That’s just revisionist history. They made the best decision they could at the time, given the information they had, and their first-hand experience with the Japanese culture.
@BJ_KCSN
I like their situation. Rookie QB for cold game at arrowhead against this defense or playing Buffalo on two days less rest with the weight of the world on the Bills at their place. The pressure for them to win will be incredible and the Chiefs play well on the road.
@degenalexx
@ty_G_A
Yeah plus they invite their drug buddies to their house to do drugs. Now you got a new crack house and it starts affecting the properties around it. Free housing for drug addicts, it’s just never gonna work. You have to fix the addiction first.
@GondorffShaw
I was just telling a friend this the other day. You know being fat isn’t good for you when there’s no fat old people. Accepting people being fat is accepting harming them. We should be fat shaming harder.
@biz_tank
Depends on the state. You have to season your unemployment fund. It takes 12 months in most states to get where you’ll receive enough of a portion of your salary to make it worthwhile to do this. It’s a % of how many months you worked before filing.
@LieslMcconchie
Did you explain to the young kids that they had literally zero chance of being affected by Covid? Did you explain what the word endemic means? Just curious.
@TellYourSonThis
He needs to take on a bigger challenge like moving up to line cook or something else. His only problem is one of imagining a glass ceiling above his head. Next step: join some groups where women hang out and let nature takes its course.
@kcpolice
Thanks you so much for doing this! Next up: start arresting all the kids driving dirt bikes and quad 4s all around downtown and the Crossroads. None of these are street legal and they violate traffic laws on the regular.
@KSeaboldt
It’s a team loss all around. The line played poorly and Mahomes lost the game himself with 2 huge turnovers back to back. He did everything he could to win it back but he did lose it first. There’s something wrong with the vibe of this team.
@Flms_JK
I’ve noticed most Hall of Fame speeches mention downfield blocking as the main component to a Hall of Famer. Mostly since no role players ever do anything like that. Great point!

It’s hard to defend Woody after watching the videos of 7 yo Dylan. The only counter evidence is Woody’s testimony and that shaky Yale assessment, which was torn apart by the family court judge. That and Woody was clearly having sex with his adopted teen daughter at the time.

Same thing in Kansas. Also, every store they open has massive tax breaks that allow them to under sell the entire market on price. They pay no rent and property taxes for 25 years so they can sell at every other furniture stores cost and make money. Don’t forget that part.
@realgirl_fieri
It sounds more like you just don’t get enough sleep. Maybe that’s impossible on your schedule. Getting good quality sleep is a big deal for metabolism and losing weight.
@ryker_mathews
This ref crew is known for letting the players play. There were missed calls on both sides just like normal. Ultimately, you have to play the game the way it’s happening and beat the guys across from you. Mahomes made more plays than Purdy. End of story. You don’t hear any of the
@chiefs_outsider
Yeah, and Tyreek Hill had it bounce right off his hands into the defenders hands. Another example of Hill coughing up an easy interception (there are many). It was a perfectly thrown ball that hit him right in the chest. That’s how good Mahomes has been, he threw a perfect pass
@ravens4dummies
If you’re going to cherry pick plays, you might point out that this play would’ve never happened if they called the leg whip in the end zone at the beginning of this drive. The chiefs would’ve gotten a safety and the ball. Refs miss some calls. It’s the nature of the game. Get

I think the main impediment for men is they’ve been told they have to lift for 1 to 2 hours 3 to 5 times a week. It seems like a second job. They really only need 30 minutes every five days to make a big impact. It’s worked for me.
@Mangan150

Most people don’t know this. It has to do with older people having things like experience, contacts, knowledge, and money. All things that kid in his dorm room at Stanford lacks. No knock on him but he’s up against long odds really.

It’s sad that in todays internet age, a rookie gets judged his first practice by the entire fanbase. And reporters hungry for a scoop and clicks. We could just wait and see what develops over the course of the camp.

It’s always fun to go back and watch that movie. The lighthearted tone the director chose is so sweet. Sidebar: Vegas casinos have been robbed many many times successfully. Last year they got robbed seven or eight times until they caught the crew that was doing it. They got

In college I discovered a flaw in the math 101 professor’s formula for calculating your grade before the final to see what score you needed. He’d been using it for 25 years in classes of 500+ per semester. He was man enough to admit it in front of the lecture class though.
@kcpolice
Can you have this task force post up on Grand and Main downtown for 2-3 weeks? You’ll be able to arrest 500-1000 “aggressive drivers” along with tons of tickets for non street legal vehicles. Trust me when I say you have no idea how popular you would be in Crossroads and

What’s ironic is that people don’t remember what it was like before the central bank. We had 100 years where bank panics happened regularly. Having the Fed put a stop to that. In the 1800s, there were entire YEARS where banks weren’t even open.
