Anyone tweeting #EduOut with the genuine belief that Gaspar had a poor transfer window is a fucking idiot. No exceptions. Without injuries, Arsenal have 3 players that can play at 6. Three players that can play at 8. The only very mild criticism is a lack of a right winger.

Well my respect for @RobLaurensonD4P has gone up. Lots of doctors come from decent money and don't care enough about wages. It is part of the reason UK medicine is in the mess it is in. The fact he cares, when he doesn't need to, is to his credit.

@JoelBrownMD He wasn't rude. I really don't understand why people think that he was. He could have had fun with the misunderstanding of the Vanity Fair reference - but let it slide. Lots of people are at events they don't want to be at because of work obligations.

I think a fair few "top 6" supporters need to either give Arsenal some respect or keep quiet. "It's only Brentford" they said. But none of them have managed to beat Brentford yet - except for the team top of the league. @LatteFirm

✅ 3-1 vs. Liverpool 🤝 2-2 vs. Tottenham ✅ 1-2 vs. Manchester City 🤝 0-0 vs. Chelsea ❌ 0-3 vs. Arsenal ✅ 4-0 vs. Manchester United Brentford’s results against the ‘big 6’ this season are simply outstanding. 🐝 Thomas Frank. What a job he is doing.👏

@SteveBarclay I think it's best you "reflect" on your Government's stance, rather than the social media posturing. Good luck.

@DrFavell @ShaunLintern @DHSCgovuk This is an unwise argument. Feel free to read through this and if you still feel the same way afterwards - that's absolutely fine but don't complain about your waiting lists or how hard it is to see a GP - because that's the outcome you are asking for.

@duffett_claire @XelenX1 @KatrinaSheikh They have had the biggest fall in real terms income of any group in the UK. More so than junior doctors. Your approach of focusing on the lowest paid is common, and comes from a good place but...

@gizellesankles @MontyIsblessed @RichieBrave The Americans need to get over themselves. They aren't the world police for language. If they don't want to use the word "coloured" that's their problem. But calling her Black when she's specifically said otherwise is disrespectful. They can call her "mixed" or "mixed heritage"

@MUFC_Fanatic_ @Eddie_Mugoh @WelBeast @ManUtd Are Man It's fans still giving him grief for missing preseason after all that happened with his family? No wonder he was pissed off enough to go and talk to Piers Morgan.

@btsportfootball Saka on the left wing is just a joke tbh. This and the Ben White malpositioning means you need to sack whoever made this infographic.

@HSJEditor @BMA_JuniorDocs They absolutely are. They've sought a mandate twice now... If it makes Atkins sleep well at night, she can continue to pretend that a overwhelming majority of junior doctors didn't vote for strikes.

These are the sorts of questions that will be asked about UK general practice in the coming months/years. I think, as a specialty GP is VERY vulnerable to PAs. If the RCGP doesn't set up a robust framework for the use of PAs, it'll collapse under the weight of contradictions.

Been thinking about this for the past few days. If PAs can work in the magical land of GP. Why is a GP rotation not routinely included in FY1? Surely an FY1 could effectively work in a supernumerary position in the medical PA model?
