I had a boss for about 5 months who held quarterly reviews at a bar. I was the 7th person on the team to have my review, and he told me he'd been ordering a martini for each review. I politely declined a drink, and he ordered his 7th, before slurring at me for about 10 minutes.

Not in any way the largest problem in our health care system, but I doubt hospitals would want to admit that they don’t consider the medical devices/implants we pay for to be our property.
