Turning behind the ball doesn’t just create a better path to make timing easier. It also creates more power by accelerating the barrel earlier AND allows us to let the ball travel longer and still do damage by making “out front” deeper in the zone.

When learning something new you usually struggle before you begin seeing improvement. Thats when you have to choose to push through the frustration and continue learning because on the other side of struggle is what you want.

Why?
1. They refuse to help the pitcher get them out.
2. They refuse to chase. Very low chase rates.
3. They are mature enough not to get overanxious.
