Travel ball coaches PSA: please let your pitchers know which games they are throwing early. If your pitchers can let us know which games they are throwing when they send us their schedule we will just plan to be at those games. It’ll protect their arm health and be good for all.

One question we often get asked is the best way for a student athlete to get on our radar. COME TO CAMP!.Communicate with us constantly (send video). Go to tournaments with high level competition. The hard truth is we can’t recruit you if we don’t see you play live.

I have seen a lot of social media lately saying that college coaches are too harsh about small things when recruiting. Please understand, we are choosing (happily so, I love my job) to place our ability to monetarily function in society in the hands of 18-23 year olds. (1/3).

My best advice to players is that you’re more powerful, skilled, able than you’re giving yourself credit for. It’s a game of failure, & if you fail SO WHAT! Go for it & go all out for it! . When failure comes from you playing pedal to the medal, we know & are excited to see it.

Every field in Colorado has memories. First time I met a good friend. The game where I sealed a deal with a top recruit. Watching my sister play her senior season. So many big moments have happened here that I can’t help but feel nostalgic recruiting these tournaments every year.

I encourage every throwing sport athlete to set some arm care goals for the new year. Learn the correct patterns overall, for different arm slots, how to involved your back and core, & how to properly long toss. We see so many come in needing to learn this. Set a foundation now.
