This is a great feel or prep for hitters to learn how to get the barrel out, stay anchored, and keep them tight along the middle region of their body. With the long PVC, a hitter can’t push their hands because the point is to whip it
We have been asked how we use Water bags and Water ball a lot! 😅
One of the ways is to change the stimulus that we are using and blending it back and forth with the swing!

We are using the bucket as a constraint to help keep this hitter from lunging into the front side, causing a steep path and low launch angles.
