Abusers who rely on manipulation often appear that way even to their victims! I was starry-eyed and blindly in love with my ex even months after a horrific breakup because of how deep in denial and emotional manipulation I was. She cheated on me and made it about herself.

On the flip side, this applies to anger/aggression. Flight, fight, fawn, freeze response shows up in inappropriate situations when someone's trauma is triggered. They're panic responses, not indicative of someones character. I wish people would understand that.

And to not judge disabled people who DON'T have healthy habits. For example, I'm currently struggling with new gastroparesis (on top of a lot of food allergies and sensory issues...) and it's HARD to find food that I can tolerate or find appetizing.

Most schools have insanely short "passing periods" to get from class to class, sometimes not even long enough to use the bathroom if your next class is across campus. You cannot get adequate hydration from a few sips from a water fountain every 45 mins.
