Why odisha govt is so Interested in Appointing non odia doctors in odisha through OPSC?? Why can't u pls make it mandatory to have odia certificate prior to appointment? Pls remove this 4 years time period. Doctor's from other states are joining OPSC and then taking leave for pg.
