i work in restaurants, ive been cleaning flat tops every day at every kitchen for years. there was nothing wrong with how they cleaned the flat top in the video. there's a few extra steps than im used to, probably bc it's a fast food chain, but overall it's just ... cleaning up

Now that I live in the city, depending on where I'm going will be a 5-20 minute bikeride, 30min-1hr walk, or a 2-10min drive.
