But Wuhan was not the only city to lockdown on that day.
In Hubei province there were 15 cities sent into lockdown; of which Wuhan was one.
Lockdown did NOT contain a thing—the virus was already everywhere.
Your wonderful lockdowns were an export from authoritarian Communist China.
Xi didn't want to lockdown his country.
The people asked for it.
There is mutual distrust in China between the governed and the governing.
