Was involved in a large bar fight once, 1st officer on scene was a small female. Wouldn’t enter the building, just yelled for us to “please stop” until backup arrived. Nothing against female cops but they should meet the same strength requirements as men.

I grew up in a small city. Parents would kick us out after breakfast, ran the streets or played in the woods all day drinking hose water, eating lunch at some friends house. Came home when the street lights came on. No cell phones. We were independent most of the time by age 10
