I've been to Tenwek and that's the best hospital I've been to so far, great services offered, excellent management skills, if you work there unarudi home unamiss the hosi, and at the end of every shift, you are satisfied. .
People don’t appreciate just how good Tenwek and Kijabe mission hospitals are,those two are doing a very great job. Top notch management 👌🏿.

Yesterday I discharged a patient, did the procedure well, wished the patient the best and then went ahead to attend to other patient. Moments later he called me, and he said "Sista nimeshukuru, you've taken good care of me, Mungu akubariki" what else can I ask for. .

Nurses keep the hospitals running .They are the engines.They are like mothers in a household, they determine how the day's gonna be, they wake up sad, the whole fam is sad.
People don't seem to realize this but nurses are the ones who run hospitals. When nurses are on strike, the hospital wards actually get crippled. Interesting times ahead and not in a good way. Its sad how many poor people will lose their lives unnecessarily as government and.

Being a medic in kenya is not luxurious anymore .They should also pay interns as per the nursing scheme of service, that's the bare minimum.
