@10x_er I mean what do you expect when you build something with no inherent moat? If someone can knock you off overnight you don't have a business, you're just taking advantage of an arbitrage play.

@yojimmykim It was a pretty cool concept when it first came out - comfortable shoes made from merino wool. They were also machine washable, minimal and looked cool. However, my guess is they were a victim of the VC model which tends to take otherwise solid DTC companies, forces growth.

@moizali Wild to me how DTC mattresses became such a hyped sector. High shipping prices, low repeat rate, unfavorable return/restocking logistics, etc. I could go on. Just baffling.
