@DrJeffJarvis @mitchpage3 @jducanto I’m not aware of any studies outside the OR with fasted patients where it is hard to show a benefit to adding a NMBA to deep anesthesia with IV agents and/or gas to place a supraglottic device.

Granted it was a ROSC patient not an eCPR candidate but still quite impressive. The entire code team was quiet and listening for more than a minute.

@gueromedico @DonHaering Thanks for a great shift. Perhaps the only 3 doctor CCT team in the country today? We worked some serious critical care transport magic. My only concern besides the patients was making our amazing #Lifeguard nurses proud!
