I have a lot of Grief/Trauma in my life. I had recently and very tragically lost someone close. I went to my monthly appointment and the topic came up because i felt so sad. My Psychologist (PhD.) told me.. “Old people die; try to get over this”.

I am sorry you are fighting cancer but please do not let the doctors words stop you from living. My friend who has a glioblastoma (the most aggressive brain tumor) was told he has less than 6 months to live. That was 7 years ago. Keep moving, eat healthy as please stay positive❤️

Nice to meet you here Matt. I seen your post yesterday. My friend Gary was diagnosed with Stage 4 almost 9 years ago. They gave him under 3months. LIVE every day as cancer doesn’t exist and NEVER EVER give up! Doctors are not God and cancer is only a word; not a sentence. Hugs ❤️

He has such Positively that i have never seen before. He laughs at cancer right in the face, makes memes of him like The Incredible Hulk going thru Pet Scans etc. He never stops making us all smile. He also does a Yearly Party for himself on the day they gave him these words 😉

I lost 100 pounds in the past 2 years. A safe healthy weight loss per week is 1-2 pounds.. not more. You will also hit plateaus for a while and then start losing again. Everyones bodies are different and we all metabolize food differently.

I know the feeling all too well my friend. I am sorry you are feeling down. Just take one hour/min or even second at a time and don’t push yourself. Find something that can make you laugh if possible. That usually works for me. If not.. just know we are here and we care. ❤️

Find something that makes you laugh from your heart whenever you feel anxious. It can be a video, meme, movie clip, etc. You will laugh and hopefully your anxiety attack will subside. It worked for me.. i watch

Have you tried Vicks vapor rub. Try boiling water and adding a bit to it. Sit down with a towel covering you and the water. Do slow very deep breaths; take your time. Sit and do this as long as you can. Also vapor rub can be put on your back; a little under your nose too.
