@Finnattentive I’m an adhder and this is the EXACT opposite of me lol I am hyper aware of everything I do/say to others and I get severely overwhelmed by empathy. It’s hard not to feel others feelings. I’m inattentive type so I’m heady and mask hard. Others I know with adhd-I are the same.
