@CmdrSpace @Colchesterviews @Essex_CC @SouthendCityC @thurrockcouncil Not only are there no consequences, but incompetence, ignoring the rules, cronyism, and wasting public money are all rewarded at ECC.

@Essex_CC @SouthendCityC @thurrockcouncil My thoughts are with you, the comms team at ECC who were made to post this. It must have hurt.

@Essex_CC They can be difficult when you work for @Essex_CC and they pay less than minimum wage. And ECC ignored advice from HR on how to pay people properly. I have proof. @PrivateEyeNews
@CllrKBentley you want devolution. Get your house in order.

@Essex_CC Fantastic. I already happen to have maths skills. I can work out that @Essex_CC ignores the hiring rules of @HMRCgovuk and pays people less than the minimum wage, while paying friends thousands above public sector pay grades, as outlined in the green book. This is called fraud.

@Essex_CC Paying people at least the National Minimum Wage would help. Essex County Council should ensure anyone who works for them receives at least that—but they don't. Complaints ignored, and of course the pay was so bad you cannot afford legal help. @unisonessex @LGAWorkforce

@LGACons @MATatBucks Was @CllrKBentley taking notes? When public money is lost to procurement fraud & nothing is done about it, employment & hiring rules dictated by HMRC are ignored, and when members of the workforce are paid less than minimum wage, something has gone wrong in Essex. @LGAcomms

@BBCEssex "It doesn't want to take any more pennies ..." If that were true, @Essex_CC would properly investigate when staff give public money to mates, ignore procedures, & breach employment rules. There should be consequences. @CifasUK @PrivateEyeNews @CllrKBentley @TransparencyUK

@essexhighways I see my reply has somehow been made to disappear. I was just merely making a joking reference to grifting pointing out how @Essex_CC ignores the Nolan principles. How they should be investigating fraud. Abide by the rules.

@essexhighways Kirsty O’Callaghan… oh sorry I thought you meant @Essex_CC grifters! @PrivateEyeNews #rottenboroughs #devolution

@WeAreCarers I wish more people were furious about how much carers have to live on, like they are about pensioners. Even a basic pension is more. Quite often a carer has to financially support the person they care for too... while the local authority fail to support them to get a paid job!

@BedfordTC @John_Guinn For your information. She has reportedly moved on to work for @BLMKHealthCare despite being personally mentioned multiple times in Private Eye Rotten Boroughs.
@Essex_CC Nearly a year since it was discovered that Kirsty paid her friends huge sums of public money, while others were paid less than min wage. Procurement processes, employment & tax rules ignored. No consequences for fraud. When will ECC put things right? @CllrKBentley @MattLeeJourno

@paulsmithmusic @maximopark My sons are going through my old CD collection (they've decided to shun streaming and are buying CDs). They found this... and I checked — you can still buy it on Bleep.
