I couldn't have said it better. We homeschooled. We cut back, did without some things, and had the best time doing it. We realized we didn't need all those things, and my kids turned out great. Wouldn't trade those years for anything.

It's your doctor's job to tell you hard things. Obesity is bad. It contributes to many diseases and causes early death. This isn't shaming. But, if you need to shame someone to save their life, then do it. I'd rather be ashamed that I WAS fat, than dead because I was fat.

Jesus himself referred to them as the twelve. There was nothing wrong with his statement. Women followed Jesus, other men followed Jesus, but Jesus only hand-picked twelve to be his disciples. They were all men.

Agreed. Women enjoy a double standard in this area. If a man abandons his baby, and she has the baby, she can sue him for support. If the man wants his baby, and she doesn't, she can abort without any concern for the man's desires. This is wrong. It took two to make the baby.

Scoffers can say what they'd like. Last Sunday night, we had former white supremacists, black, and Hispanic inmates in the same room hugging, fellowshipping, praising Jesus together and celebrating an inmate was saved. Only the Gospel can do that. Jesus is the answer every time.

Baptism is not necessary for salvation. it never has been. The bible says if you confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus Christ, and believe in thy heart that God raised him from the dead, thou shall be saved. Thats it. counting on baptism to save you is denying Christs sacrifice.
