I started oil pulling and have had a HUGE turnaround in my oral health.
I initially did 1/3 hydrogen peroxide and 2/3 water in my waterpik bc pregnancy gingivitis, but after a few weeks I switched to oil pulling and plain water in the flosser… my mouth has never been better.
