@HairyLeggdHarpy A child is not the property of their parents. It doesn’t matter one iota what the mother “feels”. The child is an independent person with their own rights. Any half decent parent wouldn’t care, they would just be proud to have been a part of bringing a person into the world.

@reduzio I think it's absolutely critical to an open project. If studios are going to adopt Godot over the likes of Unity and Unreal, visibility of the direction will be a huge contributing factor in that decision-making process, given just how closed both of the others are.

@1pckt @Dwyertd Secular morality is based on well-being and empathy. Risking someone's life to save another is an act of selflessness that both demonstrates empathy and a willingness to take risks for someone else's well-being, hence in line with secular morality. No magic sky fairy required.

@hookskat I do find it interesting that most theists assume that atheists were at some time believers and "lost their way". I have never been a believer, never had it forced upon me in any way shape or form. I think that level of indoctrination at a young age is reserved mainly for the US.
