Just like trains, their should be a rule that no disabled passengers should be left in a plane or train for more than 10 minutes. At least they should be taken to the terminal/platform.

I think the most important thing that will come out of these enquires is would a human driver have been able to avoid it. Remember the vehicle's supervisor could have overridden the system if they felt the vehicle wasn't going to stop, so did supervisor see it going to happen?

Let me add something. If the guards had been removed, the driver would be in charge of the doors, very little likelihood that the external cameras that the driver uses, would see you. Leaving you stranded, something for you

Good question, but remember it's your Government who have destroyed spontaneous travel for disabled passengers by removing guards from trains. Also he didn't say that 'a new operator is being lined up to take over soon'.

weren't around to get me off train at Euston when station assistance didn't turn up for 5 or 10 minutes. Station assist now use on train wheelchair ramp to get you off! The ramp is right next to the door. So why can't the train crew use it?

fault. As a disabled guy handing out face masks at a Supermarket, it's a very risky job, you can't force them to wear it until the company and/or County have a face mask mandate. Even a scarf around the mouth is acceptable to me, or a visor.

Nationalised Network Rail Euston have left me on the train many a time, so I think its dangerous making this a political argument. I fear the railway will be driven into the ground if nationalised.

I have just got back from Liverpool, where their guards are useless, they wouldn't leave their rear cab to get me on at James Street. Never saw one doing ticket checks in the 3 days of going around their network in their wonderful
