Don't neglect your steps. 10K bare minimum. 15K is a good middle ground. 20K and above will put you in the top 1%, allow you to eat more daily, whilst maintaining a superior body composition. Do the damn work.

I think sometimes we take for granted how good the health corner of X is. The average man isn't aware of his testosterone, oestrogen, lipids, inflammation markers or anything of the sort. They have no idea how many calories they eat daily, let alone the macro or micronutrients.

Don't be one of those cats that skimps out on proper seasoning. Bodybuilding is much easier when you look forward to every meal. Here are my go-tos: garlic powder, peri peri seasoning, and spicy chilli flakes. Delicious, every time.

It is my contention that if you actually sleep, train and eat properly, you can be 80-90% at your natty ceiling within 4-5 years (will vary with your genetics). I hopped on after 6 years. I knew the physique I wanted was not possible to achieve without PEDs.

Very happy with 1st cycle results. 300mg Test C. pinned 2x a week SubQ for 16 weeks. No AI used. 30lb gained, then did a 10 week cut on 120mg TRT. Starting Cycle 2 in 10 days. Will be detailing that soon. 🥂

Cream of rice is my pre-workout meal of choice. It is excellent — the carbs absorb quickly and you can mix it with your favourite whey protein for a delicious taste. Importantly, it also digests very easily. I strongly recommend it as a pre–training meal.

@gregmushen Thank you sir! I'll be bumping the test from 300mg to 400mg a week, and adding in Nandrolone Phenylpropionate at 200mg a week. Overall, 2x the weekly anabolics/androgens. Approx 16 weeks. Will try to add around 1lb a week for 16 weeks. Will document everything here also!

@Zachary16667401 As for mental sides, I felt more masculine and confident. Hard work felt better. I felt more motivated and laser focused. Basically, all huge improvements to my pre-cycle mental profile (natty test was around 565ng/dl vs 1,335ng/dl on cycle). This shit works for sure.

At that point, it is up to you to decide if you want to take things further or not. Each subsequent year that late into natty lifting will produce less gains. Can you build a stellar natty fizeek? Yes, unequivocally. See Quinton Beastwood on YT for a great example.

200g chicken thigh in a tortilla wrap, 100g white rice boiled with 10g butter and a generous amount of Peri Peri and BBQ sauce. Moderate calories, solid protein and indubitably delicious. A go to for me. Cutting is easy if you put some effort in to make proper food.
