BPC 157 is still the BEST peptide i've ever used to date And it's understandable considering that it - Healed a grade 1 MCL tear in half the time - Grew 🍆 - Fixed my dopaminergic system - Acutely improved gut health - Improved my ability to accrue muscle mass If your looking to add something to your arsenal You'll want to get your hands on this You won't regret it

Cant willpower your way out of bad lipids/blood pressure but you can - Fix sodium/potassium ratio to 1:1/2:1 - Look after your thyroid (involved in lipoprotein transport) - Donate blood regularly - Higher ratio of omega 3/6 as and when needed - Take Ubiquinol with high fat meals - Nattokinase before bed and first thing in morning - Eat aligned with circadian biology, lipid transportation is highest in evening - Align your circadian biology as melatonin regulates blood pressure - Block blue light - Fix mitochondrial health as they regulate calcium uptake - Diet high in vitamin K2 to promote calcium uptake And that should set things straight.
