@Punished_Bouncy They were inventing liberalism in real time, as well as anarchism, communism β¦ the new model army was just speed running ideologies, pretty incredible.

@tnyfrontrow @getfiscal Not seen 2001, but the intro sequence where the little girls discover barbie and smash their old dolls was brilliant, I canβt see anything topping that.

@cww_0 Yeah this is one example where the lighting was fine. Both costumes for the characters are already established so you know what/who youβre looking at. Looked fine in motion. Rest of the film was lit well. Not an issue.

@Srirachachau The little clicking noises when the moonbelts activate/deactivate are so cool.

@filippoq01 I just don't really get what this affects. If he was just doing whatever Rhodey would have been doing all along, does it really matter?.

@finestsoup Worrying trend of Hollywood villains having these kind of Malthusian motivations recently.

@massofclay Trying to picture in my head how an American would say the word βpollβ β¦ what does it rhyme with.

@i_zzzzzz I like the implication that her dad should play the character who sexually abuses and exploits her. Would kind of be perfect actually

@OldManGenius @MNateShyamalan Most people donβt really care about the bike they use around the city either. Theyβre cheap, plentiful, and disposable. If you have a nice bike, you keep it locked at home.

@bluboy43 @InsaneMoviez I'm expecting people to dislike it if it's bad, and like it if it's good.

@jbromovies I feel like forcing these guys to sit down and wat an actual inaccessible arthouse movie would blow their minds.

@theeladyeve He knows whatοΏ½οΏ½οΏ½s up, the car chase in the new mission impossible is pure Keaton slapstick, itβs great.

@darthsidius1985 @yvanspijk You realise asking chatGPT a question like this is useless, right? It canβt think.

@henskelion Living in the ruins of the OT, picking the corpses over for spare scrap is a very apt metaphor for the trilogy.

@YoungerPope Love that we see them actually trading/bringing food to the other fortresses, too.

@DoctorPissPants it was all so extra . the insane house, the matching vintage jeeps, the way they get so dressed up for like five formal meals over the weekend. weird vibes.

@mondaymoonrise @massofclay Interesting. To me that would sound completely distinct from the name Paul. Accents are endlessly fascinating!.

@yesitsvitaminC @diandrasdiandra I canβt find any reference to that; nearest is this suggestion by a crew member: βAsked whether he supports resuming production, Ward said, βIβm all for it. I say, give the proceeds to the family and have a field day.ββ
