@MattHintz3 @CBKimbrell @jasonmauck1 We saw land climb up to the 16-17k range with the high being 2 years ago for the most part, recently we are seeing 12k with select farms trading 14k. Using past pullbacks averaging 30%, that would indicate we are close to the buy territory.

@MattHintz3 @CBKimbrell @jasonmauck1 I agree with all that 100%. I’m just stating you weren’t paying a land input cost on said purchase when farming it. You don’t need an extra 4.4 acres, more like 2 after the land pays itself. Correct?
