@Bkitch1Bodie Agree. But seems to be momentous if biomass / photosynthesis is amplified might take 10 or 15 years but it's doable to get there and enjoy the financial aspect in a lifetime

The second question is if you scaled it down to 5 or 10 acres... or 50 or whatever you could learn on... once you understood it you could simultaneously be adding to your consumer market of this alternative farming strategy... and eventually have land in different stages of long term planning. If you're 40 ... that's a grove of walnuts for your kids besides the rent from land... or life insurance or inheritance.
