@jasonmauck1 what's happening in yr 6? I'd plant it to perennial prairie pasture and graze it, but maybe the time horizon isn't long enough for that. It's a good 3 years of establishment. I've had some alluvial soil in prairie pasture for 8 yrs and I guarantee it'd make county record corn.

@GRONreturns Picture reminds of my livestock courses at Iowa State when I gave a presentation on silvopasture and all the livestock professors were aghast because they said the cattle will poke their eyes out on branches. 😂 The year is 2100, all cattle are blinded. 😂

@rustbeltkid1 I’m in the snow shadow north shore of Lake Erie. Often I get no snow or a little rain but then drive into town 15min away and they’ll have 6”. Go 20 min farther north to the city of London and they’ll have a foot

I worked on a project for the American Museum of Natural History. In the back, they have giant vats of pickled specimens. Some vats have no inventory list. When I was there, there was a rumor they cleaned out an uninventoried vat and pulled out a few pigmies replete with toe tags
Makes one wonder if Trump will have Doge dig into the Smithsonian and release all the things they've been collecting all these decades??

@Dusty42402999 Takes a lot of money to make those soybeans look sustainable. Of course this racket is infuriating. But all you soy growers should be thankful, no one wants that shitty crop without these government supports and millions gone into promotion. The government does this for YOU!

My favorite thing about Costa Rica is I met a few very successful locals there but when I’ve asked for their email address they don’t have one. My one friend has never had an email account in his life. That’s so golden.
One thing I've noticed about latinos is they generally invest more money into their phone than into their computer. Whereas Americans invest more money into their computer than their phone.

@Ck27126422 @Eh_Bee_Sea They didn’t grow it in 2023-2024 because it was banned, it but they import $5 billion worth annually. Now they are trying to make it a constitutional bam because the US has sued them under WTO and won. US just wants them as a buyer.
