I’m referring to acute settings, not outpatient life. I try to keep folks on a little medications as possible in the community.😊 However, if someone is in acute distress in the ED, I will be liberal with neuroleptics to help ease suffering.

Right on. I went to struggling inner city public schools and I can’t imagine getting kicked out of an already failing environment for illegal immigrants.
My family came here in the 1970s and stayed with my aunt who sponsored us to immigrate here legally. After 6 months, five of us moved to a studio apartment, draining the little savings my parents had. We never had one night of free hotel or meals or cell phone or clothes.
