The heaviest I ever gotten was 290. Im currently stuck at the 247-254 range still losing. But you kinda just eat if you looked at my past diet ( I took pics of everything I ate) and I ate food with a lot of sauces, and portions were a little big but not ungodly amounts- 1/3
