i cannot understand how morbid obesity comes from being poor. you need to eat A LOT OF FOOD to become morbidly obese. someone who can’t afford healthy food and buys pizza for dinner won’t all of a sudden be 200+kgs from eating a pizza a day, please be serious
okay quick rant - why are obese people just allowed to be obese? like - i feel like more could be done to handle the issue, like making fast food more expensive / less accessible, charging tax on plus size clothing, etc. and by making healthier foods more accessible?

when are f4t activists going to grow up & realise that 1, being obese & being overweight are two different things - obesity being way worse than being overweight & absolutely not normal, 2, that we should NOT support people in their fatness or make it a societal (1)
- licking the lids of tubs of yoghurt, pudding, ice cream, etc
- licking off the knives after you’ve spread smth on toast, spoons after you’ve dished / scooped smth, etc
- eating absolutely everything on your plate even if you’ve eaten enough
- always finishing a full packet of smth at a time. for example, eating a full packet of chips, instead of portioning it to last longer
- licking your fucking fingers
- eating when you aren’t hungry, just bc you want to taste smth, are bored, etc
- forcing other people to eat with you when you’re hungry, even if they aren’t hungry or don’t want to eat
no hate to short / inactive people, but some of you guys need to realise that just bc you need to eat under 1000 cals to lose weight doesn’t mean all of us are the same?? 💀

- avoiding exercise at all costs, opting to go by car to somewhere you could have walked, taking the lift instead of the stairs, etc
- getting insecure or defensive whenever the topic of weight is brought up
i mean think about it right - forcing fast food restaurants to make exclusively healthy, normal-cal meals already solves part of the problem. the fatties can still gorge themselves on mcdonalds but eat less calories doing so. i’m not 100% sure why healthy food is as expensive
- making hating exercise one of your personality traits. exercising isn’t everyone’s thing, but complaining about how much you hate it as soon as it’s brought up exudes obesity
- adding too much sugar when it’s not needed - cereal, excessive sugar in tea / coffee, on toast??? (yeah i’ve seen people put sugar on their toast)
- ordering takeout / eating out a few times every week instead of cooking because of laziness
