swimming is probably the best and easiest exercise to do around this time of year. an intake around 500/ OMADing and then spending about an hour or more swimming would do it. Intermediate fasting 20-4 also could help.

Ive fainted before and I did it the same way as her, I walked about 10 feet while fainting and then I fell unconscious. Some people just try to walk away while fainting and it ends up working against us 😭😭
