Well, my lower back has shown me a couple things the past few days:
1. I'm 52, not 25. Keep forgetting that.
2. Warming up and strict attention to form in my workouts are NOT optional.
3. Daily mobility work is also not optional.

A year ago I could barely do a split squat without falling over. Today I did 3 sets with my rear foot elevated & holding 50 lbs. And im 52 years old. It works if you do.
