In doing a deep dive in the history of the Phoenix Open (WM) Monday Q I came across this in the 1975 Monday Q. **Bob Risch scored a 65 but wasn't registered for the tournament. I had to know more. So I found Bob. This is his story.

THIS is what I love. Ronald Rugumayo is from Uganda. He is the 2901st ranked golfer in the world. The 30-year-old was sitting one outside the cut line coming to the last. He had this putt to become the first player from Uganda to make a cut on the Euro Tour. Amazing.
