Amazing Speed Gains (in an hour) from
@Golf_RV
He picked up 5 mph chs and 7 mph Ball speed, which netted him 15 yards of carry and a total of 20 yards!! Can't wait to see where he is come April after he does the speed training for 2 months! More pics/vids coming...

Tiger is 23/8 on the range and 19-21/6-7 on the course (under pressure). They’re all basically 3:1 but should he practice tempo like plays or.....maybe use the tempo he practices with??

Ho hum, another successful VIP. if you need more lag in your swing, check out this throwoff drill and how our VIP student created lag with no thinking/verbal instruction. Just do the drill! btw, this gave him a serious increase in speed/distance!

There are many reasons a faster backswing gives you more CHS. Stretch Shorten Cycle is one of them. Joe is extreme, but if your backswing is longer than .9 sec, you will probably pick up some yardage with a faster backswing. Give the tones of Tour Tempo a try to find out!

Because the shaft is flexible and not too heavy, there is no real stress. If it was heavy or stiffer than yah it would be bad for wrists/elbows. but to your point, golfers need to be aware of their own 'preconditions' and always start exercises 'slowly' 😉

Typically we switch to 2:1 when the lead arm gets to parallel or below the shoulder. So most shots from 50-100. Also we use 2:1 when the ‘intent’ is 60-79%. For example a punch shot into the wind.
