Last 7 days I’ve started a new health kick and refocus due to not just my physical health but also because I had realign my mental health too.
Redundancy is never easy to accept but I’m focused to be a better me.
Over a stone lost and I feel 100 x better.

Spoke to many ex colleagues who attended this tragic incident today.

& many others say, everyone who puts a uniform on to protect each of us, on or off duty, is a hero.
God bless the victims, the 14 year old poor boy & my two colleagues in hospital critical now.
Hainault Update | Assistant Commissioner Louisa Rolfe confirms 36-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder.
This was a fast-moving, complex incident and it will take us some time to establish the facts. This will be our priority in the coming days.

Two males (aged 14 and 15) located and arrested after a foot chase. A knife was found which had been discarded. Nobody was injured.
