It's ok to recharge. The last couple of weeks were tough and I'm proud that I managed to reach out and tell someone "I'm struggling". Starting to feel better each day, now, and having a positive end to the week by seeing the brilliant @omid9 tonight. #MentalHealthAwareness

@alfieconnx It’s incredibly objectifying. I was in two minds about posting it but just saying “where’s the fashion?” didn’t feel enough. A joke feels the right way to mock it but I’m hoping people will pick up that she doesn’t look comfortable and is being controlled.
