Here are some ways I’ve found to be helpful.
- float therapy
- at the beach with a notepad (weird but effective)
- late lunch or dinner at a nice restaurant by yourself and your phone on dnd. Keep it there
- rage room again by yourself
- 🥊 boxing session with my trainer
