@GeraintWorks omg I used to get disciplined for โrolling my eyesโ at work when people talked to me but I look upward at the ceiling when I am really trying to understand something. Then I had to just stare them in the face and not hear anything they said.

@lovatohub @ahmedtwinkie skinny/fat is subjective I donโt think of it that way unless its extreme like on that show. everyones healthy state will vary based on thier genetics which is why the BMI scale is a good standard to use bc its not just about lbs.
