This North South divide is going out of control. There were 565 countries when Union was formed in 1947. These North Indians, who dont pay enough GST (journalists can check statistics from Finance Ministry) and live on South GST can take Kannada as National Language. Thats pride!

Like in Bangalore, if a borewell is dug in a private property, it has to be registered @ BBMP (Corporation) ... There is an annual fee of Rs 2000 for it. The water bill gets a discount as well. So almost 99% are registered. An easy process can be setup in Tamilnadu

I am an Electrical Engineer. You know about Programmable ROMs? The hacking is done using the port where the VVPAT is connected, which in turn has a port to upload symbols before elections. You get the connection? My neighbour worked in EVM unit at BEL, and we do discuss. Thats it
Indian EVMs are low tech. They run a fixed program burnt on a ROM. It can't be hacked or changed. They are like a simple calculator. Unless you can show me hacking a calculator to give fixed answer via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, I can't take your EVM hack theory seriously.
