A little while ago, I learned about the term "exclusive of trim." This is a term that clothing brands use so that they can say their product is 100% cotton, even when it contains spandex or elastane. I realized that this was true of almost all of the underwear on the market.

Sauna is great and should be done with natural fiber shorts (like Sol Shorts) or just a towel. Sadly, many sauna users in commercial gyms are wearing synthetic workout gear. Not a good idea, as sweat causes toxins in plastic workout clothes to leach out.

But natural fibers made well last longer instead of wearing out after a few months. I’d bet over the life of the product the cost is better.

If you don't want to buy an expensive Reverse Osmosis filter, Whole Foods and some other stores have these machines. My local food co-op sells RO water for 29 cents a gallon. I just use glass jugs to fill up every few days.

Please get yourself a good water filter pitcher/unit and stop using the water filtration system of your fridge. Not only it doesn't chelate fluoride/metals/medication, but you cannot see any mold growing, nor can you clean it easily. Water Filters I love in my priority order:

Certified organic cotton, on the other hand, prevents producers from using pesticides and herbicides or dangerous chemical additives in production. The primary certification is Global Organic Textile Standard or GOTS.
