Today, it’s nearly impossible to eat at a restaurant or walk 5 feet down a grocery aisle without running into seed oils, fillers, additives, dyes, artificial flavorings, pesticides, and other fake ingredients.
Without working out, people could eat and drink seemingly as much as they wanted and always stay slim because their diets were comprised of real, whole, micro plastic and toxin-free nutrients.
Sedentary = death
The more you move, the fewer problems you will have.
This is especially true in regard to Lymph.
The lymphatic system needs you to move to flush all the toxins out of your body.

It might seem counterintuitive, but drinking all that plain water will actually DEHYDRATE you.
Adding electrolytes to your water is a step in the right direction, but we’re still missing an important ingredient...
When our body notices sodium content getting too diluted, it produces a spike of aldosterone.
Aldosterone helps control the balance of water and salts in the kidney by holding onto sodium and excreting potassium and magnesium.
Raw honey is the most magical food in existence and you can’t convince me otherwise…
Raw honey:

Putting it All Together:
For the reasons above, it’s not surprising that glucose and electrolyte-rich drinks like milk and orange juice are actually more hydrating than plain water.
Even foods that are marketed as “zero-sugar”, “low-calorie”, “low-carb”, “purposeful ingredients”, “nothing artificial”, “health” foods are often inconspicuously loaded with this garbage.
“Organic” sunflower oil is still sunflower oil. Don’t fall for tricks like this.
Reject the tempting ‘SAD’ foods. Stop buying the froot loops, the froozen pizzas, the “easy” microwave dinners, mountain doos, and fake “healthy” snacks.
32. Veganism is not a healthy diet. It lacks sustenance and essential nutrients.
33. Consistent high-intensity training will not help you burn fat. Diet and building healthy mitochondria through zone 2 cardio will.
9. Don’t drink from plastic water bottles whenever possible, including reusable ones. Use glass instead.
10. Shop the perimeter of the grocery store, not the aisles. This is where you’ll find the natural foods/ingredients.
This isn’t to say that drinking alcohol, excess eating, and not exercising are healthy habits.
But the fact that this was possible then goes to show how we heavily underestimate the detrimental effects that these modern processed foods and oils have on our overall health.

26. Never use plastic cooking utensils or non-stick pans. Replace them all with wood, stainless steel, and/or cast iron.
