All those that made assumptions about intent. That is on you, you’re going to believe what ever you like. According to regulations the rider was not on a section of street that specifies full lane use and was traveling at a slower rate of speed than the flow of traffic and should.

have been all the way to the right. For obvious safety reasons I did not take a pic to show this until we stopped. This community does allow bikes on sidewalks, and this person could have very easily got over on it. The cyclist community preaches “share the road”.

but the expectation is that cars give way to bikes and never bikes give way to cars because “I am allowed to do this” just because it is allowed doesn’t mean it’s best. When you point out bad behavior by bike riders all you get is excuses for that bad behavior,.

No one outside of the Rockies save for maybe a TX school is joining the PAC. BBall only schools don’t pay the bills.
