Limitation is not money, but workforce with the skill set to allow for Tesla to deploy capital efficiently.
China is growing so rapidly because they have a larger skilled manufacturing workforce.

When the factory in Texas gets to initial capacity, Tesla will produce more than 1 million cars in the USA, double the 500k now.
In addition to factory in China (will be 1 million at least), and Berlin (another 500k initially).

Real capitalism would arguably work better than our current system, where health insurance is subsidized as a tax free perk and they muddy the waters a ton. If everyone had to pay for healthcare directly, it would be much more competitive and efficient. Insurance makes it worse.

Remember this is the guy that said in 2014 that Tesla making 500k cars by 2020 was absurd.
Tesla can make 21M cars in 10 years, but will do so by increasing production at existing factories and building even larger factories.

Actually she got on National TV with CNBC and said with a straight face that if it weren’t for the chip shortage that GM would be leading in EVs. But they are currently producing 0 EVs, not due to chip shortage, but due to recall of all Bolts they built. She “executes” alright!
