@Noahpinion in my MBA program girls threw a fit whenever there was anything that was guys only. Not even officially school but stuff like the bowling league and poker tournaments they DEMANDED to be included. People were afraid to plan guys only stuff for fear of backlash.

Newer workers have woken up to the fact that companies don't care about you, and you shouldn't care about them.
