Nah. Only book I ever read that jump started everything was the book on rental investing by Brandon turner. Cost me $15. Although the market is a lot different now. Don’t need a $5K course

Cash flow is my net take home cash in hand. No taxes paid generally. Cost seg analysis to offset cash flow and deductions from interest and taxes and other expenses. So it’s probably way more then a doctor who makes 500k in a w2 and after taxes takes home 300

Bro there ain’t no legacy on the pga tour. Only legacy is gonna be majors. Rory spieth and jt are the only ones realistically with a chance at legacy on pga tour with between 15-20 wins a piece. Absolutely no one is catching tiger. And 99 %of players will never crack 3 wins

Bought first one 20% down in 2017 didn’t know what I was doing. Was working w2 job making 75K a year. Bought second one 3 percent down for 230K in both in az. Qualified cause I turned first one into full rental. Then partnered with brother on a couple.

I’m a +3 Am and have played a few mini tour events this season on the Asher tour. My 36 hole scores are +7, +4, -1. I’ve missed the pro cut by 8, 9, 5.

Love the transparency. People don't realize you may still play lots of golf but now you aren't forced to play every single week on the PGA Tour just to keep your top 125 status. Instead you have that job security with liv and can have a real off season

Wouldn’t have made it to pga tour if using current owgr system. They reduced all the points on secondary tours with their strokes gained world rating and I believe he never would’ve qualified for the starts that got him onto pga. Owgr needs to change

Is it normal at other clubs when you make a tee time you get the whole time? At my course it reserves all spots so always a bunch of singles and tee times hard to get. Seems dumb

My friends friend was on this plane. Both pilots died on impact with 2 cars on the freeway. Not sure what happened to the drivers of the cars. Flight attendant told him and gf to brace for impact. They couldn’t get door open so they had to move luggage

I do mainly student rentals too with a mix of brand new places and less then new. Do u find that females will rent the nicer places for more $$ cause frankly I’ve found that guys don’t care as much. I’m able to charge a premium for female college/young professionals

Yo dude I’m a +3 handicap, one 3 events this summer with 3 putters and lose 1.7 strokes on average to pga tour average putting. Just switched to a Seemore M series putter and now I’m barely gaining strokes but it’s been a game changer. At least I know I’m aimed correct now

Az mainly, I self manage and have a va in phillipines who handles about 90%. Yes for me the first goal was $5K then the goal posts moved to 10K. 10k for me is where I felt I could quit the day job but didn’t cause I wanted to be more “fat fire”

The WAGR(world amateur golf ranking) puts owgr to shame. They are able to allocate points to all sorts of different events including match play events, state ams that have stroke and match play, colllege, pro, ajga events. The sheer volume of insane
