@cowfarmerjoe @DOGE Fairly easy to see direct payments . Subsidies are larger and not directly seen. Lots of farmers will say do away with them all, well except the crop insurance and ethanol subsidies. But, John Deere, AgCo, Cat and others won’t let them disappear IMO.

I’m in PA, someone could have driven from AZ and picked it up. I’m just letting it set out by the road.

@PatrickEdgett @shawngorham To be clear, we killed about 20 million in the last 6 months, and it takes about 20 weeks from hatching until a chicken will lay eggs. Takes several weeks from an outbreak to repopulate a house after cleaning. This outbreak started in 2022 and doesn’t seem to be going away.

@HawkeyeHamer IDK. I’ve received some before in Marchand expect to again this year. But, I think they have to tell you via a mailing if they have filed for an extension. There is a process to do that.

I’m not advocating a Consumption Tax but why not call it a National Sales Tax? Exempt things that are typically Sales Tax exempt ( groceries, clothing)
